Church Leaders' Campaign on the Restoration of Liberia to a Christian Nation!!

Many church leaders including bishops, pastors, priests and evangelsits are vigorously campaigning against Liberia being considered (by law) as a Secular Nation instead of a Christian Nation. The campaign is done by the solicitation of atleast one million signatures from across the country in support of a petition to change Liberia from a Secular Nation to a Christian Nation. Upon completion of  the signatures exercise, the church leaders will file a petition to the Parliament requesting for the restoration of the nation to a christian nation instead of secular. According to the history of Liberia, however, the nation was founded on a christian principle, thus making Liberia a christan nation and not a secular. The early Constitution of Liberia then held this as part of it, but it was secretly  changed over the period  thus raising a serious concern and disagreement among both original and naturalized Liberians.
