Threat by CDC to Boycott Presidential Run-off

Description

The main opposition party Congress for Democratic Change (CDC) which came second to Unity Party (UP) threatens to boycott the coming November 8 Presidentail Run-off. The party claims it was cheated in the ballot counts for the just ended  October 11 General and Presidential Elcetions and made other claims that are yet to be investigated.Based on the allegations, the party is calling for the replacement of the National Elections Commission Chairman before it will participate into the Run-off.
